My dear dad, we started your journey in September 2019, with your illness which you fought with all you could. You got better, we thought, and then that horrible illness returned. You tried to fight it again with all that you had but it just wasn't to be. I watched you suffer, and then an angel came down and stopped all your pain, this was a relief, I will miss our football Sundays when you would come and watch Celtic play. You will never know how much you were loved and missed.
This candle was first lit on the 7th of December 2023 and will burn for 99 years and 3 days.
